This document explains how Schematiq collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit schematiq.ai or interact with our services. We keep it short, cite the section that applies to you, and make rights easy to exercise.
Information we collect
- Waitlist form: when you join our waitlist we collect your email address and, optionally, your company name.
- Demo bookings: demo calls are scheduled through a third-party provider (Cal.com). That provider collects the information you submit under its own privacy policy.
- Automatic data: we collect standard log data such as browser type, IP address, pages visited, and referrer for aggregate analytics and security monitoring.
How we use your information
- Contact you about the Schematiq product, launch updates, and early access.
- Schedule and conduct demo calls you request.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)
Where GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is: (a) your consent when you submit the waitlist form, (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, and (c) steps taken at your request before entering a contract when you book a demo.
Data sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, email, scheduling).
- Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them or until the product launches and you opt in or out of further communications. Log data is typically retained for up to 12 months.
Your rights

International transfers
Schematiq operates from the European Union. If you contact us from outside this region your information may be transferred to and processed in the EU under applicable safeguards.
Children
Schematiq is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
